Speaking of Dieting...

I recently bought a new cookbook, Rocco Dispirto's, Now Eat This. I was not expecting to be wowed...maybe a few new ideas to incorporate. But ummmm WOW. I am not a huge fan of Rocco, I think he comes off a little arrogant for my taste but these recipes are AMAZING. So far I have made an eggplant parm dish and two soups...and I can't wait to try the cookies! Amazon has the book for around $12. If ytou want to cook delicious healthy food it is definitly worth checking out!
